There's not really a place for it, and in particular there is a specific policy against posting any "fan fiction" related to any of Jim Butcher's stories and characters.
If you're looking for useful critiques to help improve your writing, a local writer's group made up of people whose opinions you trust still beats anything available on the Internet.

I think you can post links to stories that you've posted elsewhere (ie. FictionPress.Net, LiveJournal, etc.)
