Title: Minor Bug when post exceeds window

I've been noticing that I've been having issues occasionally when posting.  Nothing major, but when I exceed the 11 (or so) lines of the posting window, I've noticed that it gets a bit buggy.

Nothing major, but I have a hard time seeing what I'm typing beyond this point.  As when I exceed a certain point. instead of scrolling, the text remains hidden.

I've only noticed it twice & couldn't get it to work for this post.  Both times I've noticed it, it was during a quoted reply. 

Might not be an issue, but thought I'd give a heads up.

I used to have that with IE - solved by clicking "Compatibility View", the little icon of the broken page up top.
