Title: How to deal with Trolls

I just read (well, skimmed) this article: http://unarmed.shlomifish.org/909.html and thought I should share with the board.  I've seen more than one time where tempers have gotten somewhat heated on the board, and since this is about the only community online I really care about/ ever contribute to, i feel an urge to keep things happy ;)

How to deal with trolls here? There's a "Report to moderator" clickable on each post. That's how.
