whats skills in the book fall under the physical catergory that could be changed by shapeshifting?

Skills that can be raised by Beast Change are:

Alertness
Athletics
Burglary
Conviction
Discipline
Endurance
Fists
Investigation
Might
Stealth
Survival

Beast Change doesn't say "Physical skills can be increased" it says "Knowledge and Social skills can't end higher than they were before."
