Title: A fanwork section II

Now that the policy on fanworks has been revised, I believe that the sticky here is out of date.


Also, the fanworks sections seem to be invisible if logged out.  Is this the intended functionality, or is there a user group permission setup incorrectly?

Boards that are open access to guests tend to get a) spammed, and b) searched to hell and gone, which ain't kind to the server.
