Title: Fighting.

When I attack somebody and my attack is 5 after I rolled the dice and my opponent using Athletics which he has at 1 rolled 3 minus symbols giving him an athletics of -2,how much stress I will inflict on him?

You inflict the difference (provided that there is no weapons involved). So that would be 7 stress.
