I think this particular conflict should be mastered by GK. It's his story.
Cen, whenever you come back, I would chop the picture before resize it, so getting rid off the borders. I did the opposite thing (crop it and enlarge it) but it loose definition.

upload the photo.
then, scroll your mouse pointer over it, and a small menu will appear in the top of the picture. There you'll have resize and edit.
When resizing, don't forget to click the "apply" button or your loose it. To copy the URL, use the "direct link", just as Don says for imageshack.

Cen, I mentioned Photobucket. You have to register. Then you can upload the pictures and resize them or editing as you like. The avatar need to be small. The kosher version is 100 x 100 pixels, or not more than 150 x 150.

Search the picture you like. Right click on it, "copy image URL". Then in the posting window, go to the small icon with a picture (is the Gioconda) that is right above the smilies, on your left. Then "" will appear. Paste the URL you copied and ready! It must look like "

Cenwolf, you need to upload the picture to somewhere like Photobucket or whatever, a website (FB, for example, I think) where you can have an URL for the picture. Is it done?
