What about layered wards, if every 3 or 4 years someone come along with the ability to make wards, after 20-30years they can add up to some serious defense's. like Edinburgh, it's  not a home to a family but it has major wards and defenses  (Harry has mentioned wards but never a threshold while there)

I was wondering of anyone has put any thought into use the Canim Magic style in a DFRPG ?

you know:

Acid clouds.
Summon giant acid Octopus
Puke Stomach, and lungs ... and small intestines
Red Lighting attack

Would/Could it work ?

Man, I wish I knew of a pub/grill that was underground, which we could masquerade as Mac's for an evening.

Hell, if it worked, we could have seasonal meetups of the NYC Area Dresden Philes (or the Butcher Bloc). And make honorary "ACCORDED NEUTRAL TERRITORY" signs for the place

^ OMG awesome

i know we don't have a gm, but it looks like we have some players. Does anyone want to set a time to all be online together, and chat about how to play bc i have never rpg'ed before and i have no idea how to start.

I'm in new jersey and almost any night during the week, 6pm-11pm eastern is good with me.

we could either post here or chat on facebook or something
