I'll start off by proposing a couple.
1) Butters needing to explain to his parents about the supernatural, and how he's a Knight of the Cross, a nice callback to Bombshells.
2) Along a similar vein, Charity has brought the kids to her mother's several times throughout the series. Grandma Carpenter seeing the Winter Lady on the news, fighting the Fomor invasion of Chicago would give me all kinds of laughs.

I was really hoping to see mother Murphy staying over....cue awkward scenes with Harry and Karrin trying to get intimate but Mum is staying over ;)

Harry's fight with Justin. Seeing the fight with HWWB in GS, it looked quite different from how Harry thinks about it. It would be interesting to see what he misunderstood about the fight that got him the Doom of Damocles in the first place.
Harry noticing that Hendricks is actually book smart.
Harry noticing that Justine is James Bond with boobs.
Harry noticing that a boy has grown up and thinking that he's known him since he bought his first jock strap.
A scene where Harry shows up at the White Council meeting, jaw clenched, ready to give them all a piece of his mind as they vote to kick him out... only to have wizard after wizard who he barely recognizes come up to the podium and talk about how Harry saved a friend-of-a-friend. (I'm thinking of something like the prom scene in Buffy. With the added fun of the Merlin or Christos having to stand up on stage and just take the rebuke.)

I think we have all come to realise exactly who did the scrimshaw on Lloyd Slates teeth for Mab, she was working for Ace, the Redcaps son when we first saw her, and therefore part of Winter. Toot definitely has gone down the rabbit hole of weird goth vegetarian girlfriend, and no one will be able to talk him out of it.
We all really, really want to see more of the Toot/Lacuna romance, it’s absence in Peace Talks, Zoo Day, Christmas Eve, is grievous, we really only got mentions in SG, so we are all playing it out here. Forget all the other relationships, it’s this one we all want to see developed. If there is more microfiction, their first real date and an exploration of Lacuna’s role as a Tooth Fairy would be an excellent, and violent choice. The Title “The Tooth, The Whole Tooth and Nothing But The Tooth”
Besides, if Harry is going to have any dental work, it’s Murphy who is going to do it, based upon precedent, it only took he a decade plus to apologise.

It's not going to happen until Harry forces it -- and in having to force it, realizes how much free will Molly has lost to Winter.

I think Michael will have figured it out, maybe not to the last reel, but he will know that there is more going on with his daughter than her being a powerful wizard. He will ask her outright and she will then answer..
