Ok, here's my NPC sheet. After finishing this one, I realized that this would be all I need. With that said, please provide any comments or suggestions you feel would benefit this sheet, and have fun!

One note. You will notice that my stress tracks go to 12. I went through the books and the best I could come up with was a 10 stress track. I added the additional two, thinking that someone's homemade rules or powers could take advantage. Or if you just wanted to throw a small dragon at your PC's.  ;D

Thanks for the kind words guys. I'm constantly trying to improve my GM skills and any crutch I can use is a benefit. I'm almost done with the Major and Supporting NPC sheets, should be up by tonight.

To build on this discussion, How would you defend against it? Would stunts that add to the mental stress track affect come into play (like resilient self image) or would you need to fashion a mental ward via evocation?

Hi All,

I made this Scene Sheet to help keep my head around the story I was telling. I found that they also really helped to organize my thoughts on the fly when the PCs went off track. Its worked really well so far and I wanted to share this with everyone. Tell me what you think.  ;D

Their formatted as 2-up because I like to save paper. I print them 2 sided, cut them in half, and place them in a half size 3-ring binder. Works great and keeps my GM area clear. You could also take it to your favorite print/copy shop and have them make a pad of them.

My players claim it's OCD, but I disagree, I think I just like to stay extremely organized!!!  ::) ;D

I'm working on some more, specifically a Minor/Supporting NPC sheet, and a Major NPC sheet.

::) lol, I would be one of those with my "First RPG Sig!" book. My office is just going to start getting suspicious about where all their color toner is going!
And don't worry about the books, they will be mine... oh yes... ;D

Maybe I'm missing it, but is there a way to turn off the background? If not, I'm headed to the office to print this sucker out :D

I ran a short 4-session campaign of John Constantine: Hellblazer with the pre-order. All my players keep gushing about this system. I really love the idea of a FATE based fantasy sytem.

Seconded for ARCANOS!!!

This look really good :D

I tested this on my iPad and would like to make some observations for additional functionality on that platform.

1. The skills are selected by clickable arrows which are a little difficult to manipulate unless you zoom way in. Would it be easier to instead use dropdown fields like you used in the Stress field?

2. is it possible to have the Stress field automatically calculate your stress based upon powers and skills? (This might bump heads with the OGL, so more of a question than a request)

On the whole though, this is an outstanding effort! Thank you for the hard work!
(you wouldn't happen to know how to program an iPad/iPhone app would you?)  ;) ;D

I don't think I have the words to express my gratitude for all the love, hard work, and pure awesome that Evil Hat has poured into this project. You have my sincere appreciation for this Herculean effort and I hope you all take some time off to work off all those "Consequences" accumulated in the production of this tome :D

You already got me for thirty, but hell, I'll go up to 50 if it makes this a reality  :)

They would make for great table prizes as well.

I'd say a fair price for 10 would be around $15-20, since custom chips range from about a $1.00/chip for small runs to nearly nothing for HUGE runs. Of course, this is all dependent upon what type of chip (Clay vs. ceramic, weight, etc.)
I think using a ten chip stack would probably be the best bet for orders. Anyone wanting more can order multiple stacks. I'd say this is pretty doable.

Another idea, if there was enough interest, you could use extras and place one in each of the preorders of the game as a surprise "Thank You" which could generate interest in them as well. This might not be feasible, but its fun to imagine... :)

Great Idea. Sign me up!

I'll take at least thirty (five players... all fate point hogs)  ;D

I was playing around with my character sheet last night when I noticed that the "Current Fate Points" circular section on the Character Sheet fits a Poker Chip almost perfectly, so it got me thinking. Has there been any thought to producing a custom DFRPG token similiar to the bennies that Pinnacle Entertainment does for its Deadlands and Savage Worlds games. There are a couple companies out there that produce high quality fully customizable chips for not too much. For instance: BR Pro Poker does some outstanding chips. I love their zombie line. :)
