We have seen different members of different groups acknowledge Mac in varying degrees.
Mab receives flattery from Mac that makes her smile.
Sharkface calls him "Watcher" with hostility.
Luccio, who tends to be stern, does a mild joking comment about his beer.
Anything else that needs mentioned.

Shiro seemed to turn around with his back to him in Death Masks. Morgan does a scan of the bar to include Mac I believe.

They were Lars and Sven and will feature prominently in future books. They are there to watch Dresden. Remember how there were other people in the botanical park thingie? That was them, too. And people on the street? Them. People in that other place? Also them. Accordingly, they are also time travellers and also are related to Marcone (who is Dresden's and Murphy's (Mab) son, obviously). They are also Eb's great, great and great, great, great grandfathers respectively. One of them is married to Marcone's daughter (Murphy) in the past when she's Mab. One of them is Molly's grandfather. And, both of them are related to Nicodemus (who is Marcone's time travelling son and Dresden's father (he was a kotc but fell and travelled back in time to found the denarian sect)).
I hope that clears it up for you. :D

Morgan avoided a 3rd eye gaze yes, and Mac was on a first name basis with him, Harry only then learning his name was Donald.

Yuck. To here you say the twisted inaccurate take of my theory kinda puts a bad taste in my mouth. I usually like tt stuff but that is way too untidy. Though you did hit on pieces of my different theories.
Each below can be distinct from the others.
Harry descends from nicodemus.
Nicodemus reforms, gets second chance via tt and new body as one Malcolm dresden.
Murphy becomes mab in past, present, or future.
Harry and Murphy have a child.
Harry and Murphy have a baby shark child known to us as marcone who has an origin in tt.
Maggie Sr is kumori.
"There you are" as part of uriels hint, "no matter where you go, there you are" can be used as a marker for Harry to later revisit in time travel form particularly around the time of the masquerade in grave peril.
