I was specifically thinking of the discrepancy between *not* knowing the common language of the White Council but suddenly showing a talent for not just one, but two languages spoken by groups hostile to it--at least one of which (Ghoul) that might be pretty dangerous to attempt to learn.

It might raise a few eyebrows among the Wardens-- and might lead to someone scrutinizing his file to try to determine how he learned it or what beings or groups he might have had contact with to teach him.  I just think there might be more suspicion about how he managed to learn Ghoul and Etruscan....but not Latin.  (Of course, since when has he done what the Council wanted?  )

Hey, he got Latin too, he learned it well enough to speak on his own at Morgan's trial in Turn Coat with no one laughing at him.

Eh, I don't really see Lashiel's Shadow, just giving Harry something for nothing.  Plus, if it had the same price tag, it might explain some things. 

She would give him things for free with the only cost being growing dependent on her, that's part of why she was so damn tempting, she didn't have any cost to use other than growing dependent on her and her potentially being able to use that to one day make you take up a coin.

You would think that it would run out if it was just that tiny bit of energy fueling the Hellfire, I'm asking for confirmation of whether or not that energy created a further link between Harry and the coin and allowed Harry to get Hellfire and sustain Lash because that supposedly tiny bit of energy shouldn't be able to do so much on it's own.

I have a question. This is completely random, but if Mab had to take over Harry's responcibilities when he died, does that mean that she had to pay for the Guard's Pizza?

I know Harry will remember the events of GS, but I think he could forget the memory of arranging his own death specifically. I think this because Molly messed with his head to remove that memory, but as a ghost he was unaffected by the spell and could recall it perfectly (like he could when reminiscing about HWWB). However it seems possible that once he is back in his body Molly's spell will start working again.

He should be able to recall recalling it though.
