While Toot does, indeed, "flit about with iron weapons", he never actually handles the iron portions. They're all wrapped in plastic or rubber or something else between the iron bits and his delicate little fae hands.

... you mean when he was transformed by Apocalypse into his new Death Horseman? Yeah, that was similar.

Hooray for semi-reliable memory then!

We have a Wizard apprentice in my game who has a Winter Court artifact, and an Aspect related to it. However, since Refresh is such a premium for spellcasters, we built it as an Enchanted Item (using his normal focus item slots) instead of an Item of Power. It is rules-legal, but plot-sketchy, thematically, because it is (plotwise) not something he "built." That said, if it is ever taken away, it would "free" those focus item slots.

Canonically, there was only one Wizard out there knocking out all the Warden's Swords. I think (disclaimer: it is Monday morning, I'm exhausted and I don't have my books) those were put on most of the NPC sheets in the way you listed here.

I know.  Don't care.  Thanks for the link though, I've read it before but didn't save it.

So your real question is "how would you do something that's against canon?"

In that case, I'd get in my rocket ship, fly them out to Neptune and have them cured by the friendly aliens there.

Yes, but they were able to take him down before he managed that. Had he been a freeholding lord, there would have been no political fallout over this as 1) he would be dead and 2) he was a mortal wizard and thus under their umbrella.

I'd say so, yes. If you want to drill to the earth's core, you still have to get through the crust before you can deal with the magma after all.

E. The Unseelie Accords postdate Kemmler's experimentations.
F. As a mortal wizard, he falls squarely under the White Council's purview and thus even were he a Lord they would be well within their rights to off him.

No, in the books (I just finished rereading the entire series, from A Matter of Faith through Changes, last week), Harry never casts more than six spells in a single combat (not counting using his rings, coat and a belt buckle that shows up in one novel and is never heard from again) and in those combats that he does pull off five or six he's on the verge of collapse. The RAW are very true to the source material.

As for lighthearted - how could a SHAZAM inspired character be anything but?

See Captain Marvel's appearance in the Kingdom Come miniseries for one example. Or MarvelMan/MiracleMan for another.

I'm sorry, it's early and I'm still drinking my coffee, but what is 6.28 vision?

According to his write-up he certainly did learn to incite it.

Where's the oceanic inversion map from? I'd love to see it at a higher resolution.

Right. Incite Emotion lets you incite one type of emotion, Additional Emotions are all available for extra refresh.

Or, have a magical firebomb go off at a local sports team game killing dozens and injuring hundreds. Then have the Wardens show up and ask "who do we know who can make magical firebombs SUPER EASILY?"

Let him make 'em by the truckload then bury him with them.
