Are there any plans for signings or release parties that anyone knows of?
-
Nope. The signing tours correspond with the releases of Dresden books.
-
Thanks. That's a shame, I love the codex alera books just as much as the Dresden books.
-
It's a matter of Jim not having the time or energy to do two signing tours a year. They're draining! You can get your Alera books autographed at any of Jim's signings.

When I spoke with Jim briefly at the book signing in St. Louis, he was pleased that I spoke with him about the Codex books instead of Dresden. He said that it was nice to have someone talk about his other creation instead of treating it like a bastard stepchild. Of course I also told him he was insane by cranking out two quality novels a year.

Oh I have had the first couple Alera books signed at the last dresden signing up in jeff city, mo, I'm just impatient. the next dresden book seems so far away. And yet like delarith said its amazing that Jim can put out books of this quality so frequently.

Is there any word when Princeps' Fury will be released on the Kindle?
ETA: Just bought it!

Thanks for the heads-up! I've now added it to the store. Odd that they waited until the day of the release to feature it on Amazon.
