It's been almost 4 years since Skin Game (2014).  I've officially given up interest in waiting.  I haven't posted here in about a year.  Check in every 3-4 months to look for progress.  Jim just off on a lot of tangents.  I give up.

Salt Lake's first Comic Con is going great guns.  Even Stan Lee decided to come for Saturday.  Great turnout.  Think about it, Jim.  Come for the Con, stay for the mountains.

Salt Lake City is hosting it's first Comic Con this Sept 5, 6 & 7.  Maybe Jim could keep this one in mind for 2014.  This year we already have William Shatner, Kevin Sorbo and others.  We're a great convention town.  We hosted the 2002 Winter Olympics, so we can handle a crowd.

Hope to see him here in the next few years.

Calendar Event Discussion / Re: Jim at Dragon*Con 2010

Loved Dragon Con.  Jim was the reason I went.  Too bad James Marsters had to cancel.  His audiobooks of Dresden are the best.  Got an autograph, found out who Harry's grandma is, but swore myself to secrecy.  The discussion group was great.  A group of folks from the DC area came as Za Lord's guards. Cute costumes.  Saw one fellow who was Nicodemus, several Harry's along with a Murphy and Kincaid.  Jim did 2 signings because the line was so long.  Hope everyone got a chance to get one.  I think he was impressed and pleased with the turnout.

One question I didn't ask was about Maggie's age.  At first he told Mac she was 6 or 7.  Then he started to refer to her as 8.  If she was conceived during book 5, approx Feb 2003, Ivie was 7.  In "Changes" Ivie is 14. If Maggie was born in Nov-Dec 2003, she'd barely be 7.  I know this has probably been discussed before, but I've missed the on-line chats and it's hard to review a million posts.
