Title: Jim on reposting Peace Talks Chapter 1

All (Serack) Is there anything out there by Jim about reposting the first chapter of Peace Talks? 

I'm talking with someone about it who wants to provide it to others and I could have sworn I saw something from Jim about not doing it.

No it was a very special gift to a secret elite. Making it public would make it less special.  ;D
