I finished up another 2200 words last night, bringing my total to just under 12k. That's two chapters out of a planned 15. That comes out to just under 90k words or about 200 pages overall, if the trend progresses. I think the middle three chapters of the book will be the longest, so that number may go up some. Even so, it's a book I'm writing for my kids. I don't know if I'll publish it. Right now I just like sharing it with them.
