At the end of Battle Ground, the Accords leaders are discussing the Librarians and what they know about the magical world. Why didn't they just turn to the Archive and ask her? It wouldn't have to have been much of a response, just whether or not there are files on their nations and individuals.

She might not have been able to answer. That would be awkward.

Why didn't they just ask Odin or Marcone? Maybe more of them know? Maybe all of them know. Of course the difference is that they can be sure that the archive knows. But regardless information is power and it is rarely given freely.
I guess Harry did not ask because he is largely on the side of humanity, even if humanity is not always on his side.

None of them wanted any of the others to know what they know about the Librarians, or didn’t know.
Information is not given away for free in the supernatural world, and ignorance is severely punished. Just look at the punishment Harry has received.
