DF Spoilers / Re: Has Eb already chosen his successor? If he has, who?

I am wondering after the big trilogy, will there still be a Blackstaff or will mom winter take back her walking stick?

There is likely an expert for every accords member due to its importance. For some reason Simon was expert for seven, that represents a huge responsibility.

Once a star born is created, is that part of its nature passed onto its offspring.

I bet the Blackstaff used by a wizard winter knight would have epic concequences. The knight mantle is a portion of the Queen, while the staff is an artifact of the Queen. Since the Blackstaff can break the seven laws, and the star born has power over outsiders and the winter court mans the outer gates. It seems to me Harry was destined to be the bearer of the staff and use it against the outsiders.

It is widely believed the Blackstaff is mother winter walking stick, so an artifact of faerie. I wonder if it could be bound to a deal, so used and act in a certain way.

We know there are supposed to be magic users in the different vampire courts, but likely specialized in their arts. What if Simon knew about these magics, enough to to create his own versions of the Magics? There is a reason why those seven courts have a seat at the accords.

I have this theory that the dark hollow ritual could be adapted to use the BCV as a source. If the BCV can be affected by necromancy, they could be a power source. Necromancy works best with older bodies created via violence. If the BCV are the result of necromancy, then they would be perfect for further magics.

Changelings are a form of scion, or half breed.

I wonder how many of the accords have some kind of half breed associated with them. Technically the Wcv always seemed to me to be a breed of half breeds. I generally think that most of the fellowship are made of those not linked to the accords.

I think there is a theory, that Harry can use his soul fire enhanced magic to truly harm lord Raith. Soul fire has allowed Harry to harm beings that his normal magic can't affect, and has shown proven effectiveness on outsiders, which is where the protections are believed to originate.
The biggest question is what happens to the death curse Margaret cast. Some believe it would simply disperse, but due to its permanence, I believe more. Even if it disappears, what would the effect on Harry and Thomas if they no longer power a curse.

What if Simon was used as a sacrifice or summoning? Cowl could be an undead necromancer bound to Simon form.

The fellowship were likely involved in the rcv due to the sheer number of Demi rcv out there. Other half breeds were likely created via breeding. Scions are likely the most common form of half breeds, usually it is just mortal or supernatural, with no in between,

Sure they might be still around, but the recent conflicts had to have trimmed their numbers, and how many would still be field capable. We might see a bunch of old timers going to battle.

Kemmler wanted a legacy, why else write his books to spread necromancy. So what if prior to his attempt at his dark Ascension ritual, he created some kind of pseudo necromantic mantle. So even if he failed, that power will ensure the continual spread and rise of the necromantic arts.
Since the outer gates are an actual never never location, I wondered if there was a place that reflects the borders of life. A claim or hold on such a location would be a source of great power.

The fomor are likely those that I braced their inhuman natures, while those in the fellowship embraced their humanity. The fellowship are likely filled with scions, while the fomor getting dusting supernatural races.

They might not have a choice, their patron might deliberatly send them after Harry due to their previous experiences. Our hero would definitly get a reaction from them especially if they go after his daughter, I wonder if they were the ones who abductee her in the first place.
