Title: I bought cold days using the B&N link on the front page of this site......

What do you guys get (if anything) from that?  If I buy other stuff (non-Butcher) from there if I use the link then purchase can the forum/site get additional credit?

Buying stuff through the links found on jim-butcher.com does indeed get us a small referral fee payout. We use those fees to cover site maintainence costs.
