So I am relatively new to the am a, though a long time Dresden fan. I have a character concept(still looking for a game to use it in) that I am unsure how to go about. The idea is someone who interacts with and maybe even feeds on dreams. The abilities would include inducing sleep, manipulating dreams(and maybe emotions by extension) and illusions(bring dreams to life). As for challenges and draw backs include having hunger stress and maybe their own dreams sleep into the his waking vision i.e. hallucinations. As for the source of the power I am not interested in mortal practitioner...I don't really want to be a law breaker. A scion or a emissary of a Baku or Morpheus(the god)? The child of a dream focused phobophage(the fear things in proven guilty) I really don't know how to make this happen so I am asking for help
