The Dresden Files are the topic.  We try to stay on just that in here.

Plus: Each tread has a topic of its own, more or less defined by the first post.

So if someone starts a thread with for example: "Ok, lets discuss the Alphas during Fool Moon" Off topic would be for example to start discussing the history of the Archive instead.
