Bonnea goes from zero to sixty
Mira:
I think of Bonnie as a child prodigy, while her intellect might get her into MIT at the age of six, her experience and maturity levels are still that of a six year old. Bob is the only thing "close" to what she is physically that she can relate to, but Bob isn't the best role modal. Harry is going to have to do a lot of out of the box thinking on this one I think. Also at this point we don't know if Bonnie has any physical limitations, as in it is said that Uriel could take out a whole galaxy if he wanted to, but won't because of the rules set down for angels. Bonnie's mom was one of the angels that rebelled against those rules..

That seems extraordinarily-unlikely: she has a huge amount of raw data, uncorrelated and largely without real-world references. Getting it all organized, and making it RW-relevant, is just going to take time.
We've seen that Bob -- even though he has multiple centuries of experience organizing his info-self -- sometimes still has problems with the sheer volume of information.
It's always possible that Jim could decide that the story needs Bonnie to make some dramatic strides in this direction, of course; and then he'll write it that way, applying whatever handwavium suits him.
LostInTime:
Bonnie has a lot of parallels to Athena.
Pandora had a body made from clay and given life from Athena.
Zeus merges spirits of departed warriors with their bodies using soulfire. Harry has soulfire.
It's possible that Bonnie will get a human body and become a real girl.
