Is Mortimer Lindquist a Starborn?

Somewhen around the time of Ghost Story, I remember Jim Butcher saying that in a different world Mortimer Lindquist could have been like Harry. So is Lindquist a Starborn? Will he be a Harry-like character in Mirror Mirror?

Conspiracy Theorist:
No. Mort is older than Harry so the timing is wrong, what Jim meant is that Harry was Morgan no 1 boogie man, but Mort was his No 2. Harry stood up to Morgan, but Mort did not. However exposure to Harry led him to grow a backbone.
