Conspiracy Theorist:
Of course he will use it to power the Eye, two wrongs making a right, Demonreach can withstand the attack on reality it’s use entails due to its construction, and because he uses the Eye as a focus rather than channel it directly it doesn’t overwhelm him.

It’s Checkov’s Eye, it’s powered by hate and that is what Demonreach has and abundance of. I doubt Harry could use the Eye elsewhere. It’s what he would need to bind something at the same or greater power level of the Titan, summon them with the big circle on Demonreach, zap them with the Eye and then bind them whilst they are weakened.

I shudder to think of something worse than the Titan.

For a fair amount of the baddies i guess the easiest  is to ask them to come to the island i.e. summoning them. Then you of course need to figure out how to do that, but that is why they are wizards.
