heh, I've wondered the same thing. If DR is the proverbial black dot in the white yin, then might not the source of creation, i.e. archangels be the white dot in the yang side?
Archangels are Kaiju tho, if you see their true forms lol.

Personally I think they were created out of balancing the scales..

For everything has a opposite and balance must be maintained. And may Mabs scales always be balanced.

For order and semetry there is chaos and abstract outsiders... It creates a purpose everything. The gates are grease on the wheels.
