activation email?

My son has registered for the forums, and I can see his member profile, but he can't logon. Twice now he's been told the activation email was sent,but he's not getting it. user name is coilslade. Can someone help?

Have you checked his spam folder?  Activation emails can sometimes get caught by spam-filters.

I'll go ahead and activate the account.  But you'll need to check the spam folder anyway, there's always a chance that any OTHER emails the system sends will get tossed there, and it'd be a good idea to click "not spam" on those messages. :)
