Odin can't be everywhere any more than Harry can. Nemesis isn't just one thing.

I take that to mean that Odin bought Grey a long time ago. Grey may subcontract, but he still belongs to Odin. Not saying it is impossible that he'd get infected with Nemesis, just saying that I
think it improbable.

I think he may have hired him from time to time. I don't think he owns him and hires him out.
