I doubt he'll splurge.  I'm a little surprised he said something about "with what money I have left" or something along those lines at the end of Battle Ground.  He should have his and Murphys diamonds, which should be a lot even after the weregild to Marcone.

I see him going a frugal but sturdy route. No doubt Michael will know someone in the wood furniture business that will build solid good furniture for a decent price.  Because Michael.

And even if he has to buy it, I'm sure he'll get decent stuff. It's no longer about being a poor detective wizard. It's about making a home for his daughter and a sanctuary for the apocalypse.

vincentric:
He could just break down and ask Mab for his backpay. If she asks why he needs money after all this time, he can say to present a dwelling that upholds the standards of Winter. All the women in Harry's life now are image conscious. Mab and Molly both want him to dress in a more upscale fashion and I'm sure Lara will insist he not live in a hovel for her "visits".

When you live three or four hundred years, even a couple of socks of diamonds might not finance it.  He needs someone who can help him make some good investments.

1) Yeah, but it can get you to your next pair of socks full of diamonds.
2) Definitely.
