I think we have all come to realise exactly who did the scrimshaw on Lloyd Slates teeth for Mab, she was working for Ace, the Redcaps son when we first saw her, and therefore part of Winter. Toot definitely has gone down the rabbit hole of weird goth vegetarian girlfriend, and no one will be able to talk him out of it.
We all really, really want to see more of the Toot/Lacuna romance, it’s absence in Peace Talks, Zoo Day, Christmas Eve, is grievous, we really only got mentions in SG, so we are all playing it out here. Forget all the other relationships, it’s this one we all want to see developed. If there is more microfiction, their first real date and an exploration of Lacuna’s role as a Tooth Fairy would be an excellent, and violent choice. The Title “The Tooth, The Whole Tooth and Nothing But The Tooth”
Besides, if Harry is going to have any dental work, it’s Murphy who is going to do it, based upon precedent, it only took he a decade plus to apologise.

I think she literally can't.
It's not going to happen until Harry forces it -- and in having to force it, realizes how much free will Molly has lost to Winter.
I'm really looking forward to what follows *that*.
