Who is whispering in Harry's head?

Hi All,
Reading through PT and the first 2 chapters of BG I got the sense that some of the comments  made in Harry's head weren't made by him, did anyone else get that feeling?
If so what are your thoughts on who it could be? Maybe Id harry? Or something mab did to him?
