I would have guessed Goodman Grey- he's more evil, more polite, and prefers tea to coffee.

I would assume Gray would be the surname, but we can compromise on him having an adopted British accent (because evil, duh) and drinking Earl Grey and going by Grossman Grey just to be contrary.
