Lemurs didn't come in if memory serves me correctly.  It was mortal thugs.  Hence, why Sir Stuart didn't defend Mort but instead Mort had to invoke Sir Stuart's spirit into his own body so that he could use Sir Stuart's martial skills to fight them off?

That's at the beginning. I'm talking about at the end when Sir Stuart trapped in a circle of fire.

Bad Alias:
In the final attack, it was just the Grey Ghost and Big Hoods.

morriswalters:
Lemurs might not have gotten in but Mort wouldn't have needed Stuart if the threshold could have kept them out.  And Mort's room was painted with ghost dust.  I think Stuart was a filter, there to separate the ones Mort wanted to call in with his beacon and the ones Mort couldn't help like the lemurs.
