Think Eb's last name was random?

groinkick:
"Mccoy Name Meaning. Irish (Limerick): Anglicized form of Gaelic Mac Aodha ‘son of Aodh’, an ancient personal name meaning ‘fire’, originally the name of a pagan god. Thus it has the same origin as McGee, McKay and McKee."

Harry is great with fire magic, and his mothers maiden name just happens to mean fire... lol  Random or intentional?  Also think there could be a pagan god connection to Dresden?

No, he is just https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_real_McCoy

Mira:

I'd say intentional, but Harry's last name doesn't follow the pattern.  Dresden merely means the town or area where his ancestors came from according to Ancestry.Com, but then Malcolm was a vanilla human from a long line of vanilla humans... Is this Jim's version of "Fire and Ice?"  Like Jon Snow has fire from the Targarians, and ice from the Starks in his genes, Harry has magic/fire from the McCoys, and a good heart from the ice of the Dresdens...

Paviel:
The city of Dresden is best known for having been firebombed during World War II, so the name Dresden is also associated with fire.

groinkick:
Well Jim I think said that Dresden's name is random, he heard it on tv or something I think.  I'm more curious about McCoy's name.
