That's pretty much all I'm feeling atm. I need to take a Baseball Bat to something. Maby not a Human Skull, but I deffinetly need to brake something.

I suggest a pillow or hitting an empty can or something like that. Truly break a dish or glass if you really need it (just do it in a place where the fragments are easily cleaned, and be careful not to hurt yourself)

Otlan, I have 2 ears, but I suck at listening. Maybe go to a shooting range and fire a few bullets. Works for me :P
Or adding to Dina's suggestion: Line a few empty bottles up, baseball bat, and preferably a wall 5 yards away, and SMASH!
