The best meal I had, in recent years, was at a Brazillian Steakhouse. Where servers walked around with skewers of different meats to sample. Bacon-wrapped chicken!

Yes. They call that(the thing with the skewers) Espeto Corrido. It is delicious. But Argentinian cow meat is generally better. I don't care for bacon, so not interested in bacon-wrapped chicken.

Thanks Dina! Espeto Corrido? I am going to have to remember that phrase and see if there are other resturants in my area that do it.
