I am actually shocked by the fact that England haven't crashed out of the World Cup yet.

Started with my left foot cramping across the top...for an extended period.
Usually when I get leg cramps they go away within a few minutes, but no this went on for
probably a good 15-20 minutes...then migrated to my right foot...for the same amount of time.
Getting real tired of my body betraying me...8P

Oh, that is really bad. Sorry to hear that. I think you probably need some nutritional supplement.
PD, I am very sad about the Argentinian performance, but you have really good chances.

In good news I passed all 3 parts of our training exam on the first go...one less stressor off my plate.
