Well if he's not speaking a few octaves higher than last time Harry saw him, it probably falls under wizard healing taking care of most things given enough time. There's no particular reason to assume Molly outright castrated him instead of a few solid kicks to the nuts on top of a thorough beating.

Quantus:
One interesting side point that was in Aftermath was that the sort of body language that wizards tend to develop, especially relating to their inability to maintain Eye Contact, is actually a pretty big social handycap.
