I think someone will have to make him the corpse/body, inscribed with runes with the skull as a sanctum/CPU. But it's pointless anyway, Butters was stupid to have Bob out in the open and fighting. Too vulnerable, and if a wizard of Cowl's calibre could separate the skull and lay a hand on it, he'd possess all of Bob's knowledge, which even without Evil Bob's portion is considerable.
If it has to be like this however, a failsafe should be inscribed in the runes, to destroy the skull if it were ever separated from the body, preferably violently enough to kill whoever steals it. RiP Bob.
هل أخذت الغاب مثلي منزلاً دون القصور
فتتبعت السواقي وتسلقت الصخور
هل تحممت بعطره وتنشفت بنور
وشربت الفجر خمراً من كؤوس من أثير

That's why I mentioned (I'm not sure if it was in this thread or the other one) that they should make charms that are linked to the skull.  Harry and Butters can each possess one.  The mobile sanctum would be the "backup", and the ownership wouldn't be so cut and dry as who has the skull he's in.  He could just vacate at night.

Imo if Bob gets a body it will be from a "deal" and kind of a happy thing because Bob will no longer be in servitude.  He will be free, and have Choices.  Now my guess is he'd make a Choice that results in his destruction and leaves fans with tears rolling down their cheeks (because Jim wants to torture us)...  I hope there is a mega happy ending but who knows.
Stole this from Reginald because it was so well put, and is true for me as well.

"I love this place. It was a beacon in the dark and I couldn't have made it through some of the most maddening years of my life without some great people here."  Thank you Griff and others who took up the torch.
