We have seen different members of different groups acknowledge Mac in varying degrees.
Mab receives flattery from Mac that makes her smile.
Sharkface calls him "Watcher" with hostility.
Luccio, who tends to be stern, does a mild joking comment about his beer.
Anything else that needs mentioned.

Shiro seemed to turn around with his back to him in Death Masks.  Morgan does a scan of the bar to include Mac I believe.

I thought Morgan avoid looking at Mac or was that Harry?

Unsure. Harry didn't scan though.

I was often curious about the unnamed customers. Like the two old guys playing chess.
