Honestly, I hate cats. Never liked the moody things, and I find their bathroom habits particularly cloying; way too many people smell like they own cats, if you catch my meaning.

But damn it if I don't love Cinder Spires cats. They're just so much fun. I would adopt Rowl (or, rather, let Rowl adopt me) given the chance.
