Given the wait time on Brief Cases seems to be mostly due to copyrights, I doubt his writing pace for PT is particularly tied to the anthology.

Honestly, having so much Dresden goodness almost at once after the long wait would be very therapeutic. :)

I think he said that he'd planned on finishing PT this year and if that were the case then I'd postulate that it's possible that PT could be done and available for print before the release of Brief Cases, but that storywise, it's better for it to come out after...
