So who are these Federal agents?   Could we actually be meeting a Library of Congress taskforce?

Part two of Dog Men (the latest Dresden File comic) just came out, and features an encounter with two men in suits that LTW refers to as federal agents though it's unclear what their jurisdiction is.

He later thwarts their swat team, but that's another issue.   ;)

I was wondering if these are agents of the "famed" Library of Congress (see WoJ).

Am I going to have to get this one? The title seemed silly enough to put me off.
