Other Jimness > Cinder Spires Books
Next book?
Dina:
Well, with Jim you never know. When he was juggling Dresden and Alera, his DF books came more often than when he only had DF. Writing Alera helped him. Now, he is taking more time writing Peace Talks but I think it's not because of Cinder Spires taking time from him but for tha complicated nature of the Dresdenverse and for real life circumstances.

Here's some stuff Jim said about the book:

--- Quote from: Synopsis from an October signing ---It’s called the Olympian Affair, where our heroes are sent off to Olympia. Aurora and Albia are jockeying for position in terms of alliances with the other spires. So there’s essentially going to be a convocation of the spires. They are gong to try to be there to win as much support as they can and I’m sure it will go very well and spire Aurora will back down and so on.

LostOne:
Has it been announce how many series Jim intends in this series? If it's going to be a trilogy I might hold out until it is done to avoid the waiting-for-the-next-book agony I experience with Dresden every time.
Dina:
As far as I know, he has contract for a trilogy, but he said he would like to do other 2 trilogies if the first one is successful.
Second Aristh:
Yeah, Jim from what I remember prefers a nine book series but can adapt the story to either six or three books if circumstances prevent that.
