The name in that second line seems like a typo, that it should actually be (click to show/hide)Bridget.  If that's the case, is it only a typo in the sample chapter posting?

Yeah, I'm guessing it will have been corrected in the chapter in the book if they have noticed it, the sample chapters aren't exactly the same as the chapters in the book.
