Isn't the next installment, chapter 2, the one that has already been out for a while? I don't know if what's out is the entire chapter though.

I sent a question to Priscellie, yesterday about that, but I haven't got any answer yet(so for now we can just wait and see, and speculate more about prologoue and chapter 1 I guess. ;)
