Victor Varrenheim is not a lucky man. He discovered the supernatural after beating up the guy stalking his sister, who turned out to be a warlock specializing in entropy spells. Since then, the world has been trying to kill him, and he's not totally sure why.

Before he was cursed, Victor's goal in life was to be a karate champion. Now his goal is just to get by. He can't seem to hang on to money, and the only job that will take him is a pizza delivery job that has proven ridiculously dangerous. Apparently the last guy who had the job quit after one day, and the guy before him was murdered. It's a testament to Victor's toughness that he's still alive.

Twenty years ago, Connor Moravec was a young alchemist just joining the White Council. He was cheerful and full of enthusiasm for science, magic, and the combination of the two.

Ten years ago, Connor Moravec was a jaded Warden with a bad temper and a knack for fire magic. He'd been dragged out of his lab by the needs of the Council. Being a Warden wasn't his idea of a good life, but he did it and he did it well.

Now Connor Moravec is a chimpanzee. He took a mortal wound fourteen months ago, and in desperation one of his colleagues bent the Laws and transferred his soul into the body of her pet chimpanzee. Connor lived on, but both his magical abilities and his temper suffered from the change of bodies. He's been forced to rely more and more on his blade over the past year, and thanks to life-and-death practice combined with chimp strength he's grown quite deadly with the thing.

Connor's Limitation requires him to create, and invoke, a GATHERED POWER Aspect or something similar every time he wants to use Evocation. Which seriously undercuts the usefulness of being able to throw fireballs.
