(click to show/hide)Yorvatak (In A Submarine)
Three thousand years ago, Yorvatak was an ordinary enough man. A spellcaster, but not a particularly potent one, living in what is now Utah. Then his people were massacred by a rival nation; as one of the few survivors, he turned to a monstrous spirit for the power to take revenge. He invited a terrible wolf-creature into his body, and became a Loup-Garou.
He got his revenge. It was terrible beyond words. But with a wolf inside his soul, he could not be satisfied. He chased the survivors across the continent. But he couldn't get them all, and they bred as he pursued them. So he pledged to kill their children, and their children's children, unto the last generation.
As the centuries passed, he witnessed further atrocities. No large group of people can go a century without doing something horrible. Yorvatak responded as you'd expect; he added the perpetrators to his murder list.
When the white men came, and stole the continent through force and fraud, he added them to the list as well.
Nowadays, there's hardly anyone who isn't on the list. Yorvatak is pursuing a one-man war against everyone and everything. Knowing that he can't win alone, he's built up an organisation of sorts; a loose network of malcontents and terrorists, with a dizzying array of grudges and ideologies, united by nothing but sharing respect for the wisdom and supernatural power of Yorvatak. Yorvatak guides and empowers them, helping them acquire power both mundane and magical to use against whoever they have an axe to grind with.
The terrorists are on the list too, of course. But Yorvatak is happy enough to let them die fighting for his cause, rather than against it.
Yorvatak himself is a surprisingly quiet and dignified man. He adheres strictly to the ancient traditions of his people, which have been completely forgotten by the rest of humanity. He seems dignified and powerful, but not monstrous. Until, of course, he transforms.

Never seen it. Saw the main six movies years ago, but don't remember them very well. I'd need a pretty thorough explanation to make anything worthwhile for those guys.

It's been a long time since I cracked a Dresden book, so I'm not confident in my ability to get details right. But most of those would be fairly small changes.
Obviously, you'd need to switch the High Concept for each. The Winter sponsored magic and the Molly-related Aspect would have to go. Replace winter magic with Kemmlerian Necromancy, Summer Magic, or some stunts representing political influence in the White Council, maybe move the way his Refinements are allocated around a little, and you're mostly done for all but the Denarian one.
The Denarian one is the trickiest because it depends a lot on what exactly his coin does. Each is different, after all, and I don't remember what Lasciel's schtick was. Dropping Soulfire and picking up Hellfire seems like an inevitability, though.
