1. Rich is one. Can't remember the other.
2. Molly, Daniel, Matthew, Alicia, Amanda, Hope, Harry.
3. Only two I think. His blasting rod gets broken and lost more often.
4. Excalibur, Kurasangi, Durandil. Amorachius, Fidellachus, Esperachus. (Spelling is probably all wrong.)

Yes he did, back in Fool Moon. He also proclaimed that he was the Burger King in that scene IIRC.

We don't know. We do know that she'll only be relevant if Jim decides to write a prequel set back in the French and Indian war though.
