The paranoid rantings of those still in their diapers has no effect on me, spything. For when you get as old as I am you soon discover that the older you get the more people like to rant! (hahahhahaha)
Have fun with your writing. Those grammar nazi's do have their uses don't they. A sorry state of affairs I concur but what can you do?

It's all practice. If you start trying to write in 1-2 hour blocks and aim to get 500 words written in that time, you build up from there.
